It is almost impossible to go to Bahrain when you're a journalist. This small Persian Gulf monarchy does not issue visas to the press. Cross the border illegally as Syria is not an option, Bahrain is an island. Nevertheless, since a year, every day, women and men go to demonstrate in the street, risking their lives, demanding more democracy and freedom.
